Pharaonico provides human-centred design services that supports organisations to rethink and grow their value proposition. We apply simple yet powerful design thinking methodologies to discover and extract new value at different service domain levels.
OUR Focus
Guided by our empathy-based human centred design methodology we explore and analyse general service challenges. We synthesise findings and insights to articulate specific design objectives for prototyping. We ideate and qualify a folio of potential solutions and iteratively field-test them to learn and improve.
Our design thinking programs aim to equip participants with the needed tools to challenge and enhance existing value propositions. The programs offer the foundational knowledge and skills to critique existing paradigms and foster new ways of thinking.

our Approach
Our approach is inherently based on design thinking principles that consider 3 phases to problem solving. In each phase we apply a designer thinker's mindset of visually telling the experience story, focussing on human values, producing a clear crafted vision to the challenge at hand, embracing experimentation, while being mindful of where we are at in the process, always biased toward action and experimenting in a collaborative and respectful manner.
