our design thinking methodology

Our design thinking methodology has its roots in a human- and life-centred design concepts. The methodology offers a flexible framework, which can be customised to the different service needs. We understand that no service environment is the same. Different drivers continuously influence the service environments. Our methodology explores such drivers from different perspectives and sets the platform for creative solutions.

At pharaonico, we align our methodology to the needs of stakeholders and the environments they operate within. This process alignment is reflected throughout our programs, which are partly co-created with the stakeholders themselves. Our programs start with the discovery phase, which consists of rigorous consultation with your team to set the scope and define the deliverables of our engagement.
