Empathy is core to our approach in all our programs. We frame challenges from various stakeholders' perspectives to enable us to define them in specific terms. We engage creatively and collaboratively to design innovative and sustainable solutions that have been tested and qualified. We draw on our collective experience and expertise in different fields and explore boundaries that are yet to be discovered.
our Mentorship methodology
Our mentorship programs focus on young people starting a new chapter in their life, whether it is academic or professional. Our methodology mirrors the different study- and workplace environments through a range of professional role plays, engaging activities and thought-provoking discussions. We invite guest speakers from different industries to share their expertise and experiences. We support and encourage young people to develop a professional identity to effectively engage in their new life chapter.
Our UniReady and WorkReady programs use methods of strength-finding, confidence building and critical thinking that directly relate to the professional identity. University- and workplace situational simulations form the basis of the programs content. The applied pedagogy is based on social constructivism embedded in contemporary professional context to encourage developing a higher degree of reflexivity.
our design thinking methodology
Our design thinking methodology has its roots in a human- and life-centred design concepts. The methodology offers a flexible framework, which can be customised to the different business needs. We understand that no business environment is the same. Micro-and macro drivers continuously influence the internal and external business environments. Our methodology helps exploring these drivers from different and fresh perspectives to gain deeper insights and set us on a journey of innovative and creative solutions.
